NDDL Youth Clinics are designed to get children to try the sport, improve individual Double Dutch skills, and enhance knowledge of the game.

All clinics will cover the following:

• General Double Dutch Skills
• Competitive Double Dutch Tests
• Skills Practice
• Sportsmanship
• Special Demonstrations from the National Team
• 8 to 18 years of age
